BMI Water Jet, previously Bend Machine for 20 years, has been the precision Water Jet Cutting leader in Central Oregon. We specialize in your unique and difficult water jet cutting needs. We are able to cut tinfoil thin up to 9″ thick material ranging from wood to carbide. Holding tolerances to .005″ with computer controlled Z travel.

Water jet cutting
CNC Abrasive Water Jet Cutting services from BMI Water Jet reaches a cutting area of 55 inches by 100 inches. The Waterjet can hold material up to 60 inches by 120 inches. The Waterjet can cut to a tolerance of .005 inches.
Manual Machining
BMI Water Jet is a premier manual machine shop that offers one of the last remaining full service manual machine job shops in greater Central Oregon.
We can repair, rebuild or make new parts to get you running with limited down time. PLEASE NO AUTOMOTIVE
CNC MACHINING
BMI Water Jet has four CNC Machining mills, one CNC live tooling lathe, and have just added a state of the art multi-axis turning center. From R&D through full production BMI can cover all your CNC machining needs.
Live Tooling
Our live tooling lathe has a lot to offer with 2.5″ thru spindle hole, sub spindle, full C axis for milling capabilities, LNS bar feeder, and a lot more.
